Nice, strong peach flavor

This peach tea is a great summer and spring tea, with a lot of rich peach flavor. As usual, a little sweetener (in my case, stevia) brings out the fruit taste, which is rather subdued if you drink it black. The flavor does evaporate fast if you leave it uncovered, so if you brew a pitcher or teapot, covering it will help.
