We roast your coffee fresh to order, which means every bag is made specifically for you. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, we'll make it right.
Return window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
What's eligible: Unopened coffee and tea products may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. Gift cards are not eligible for return.
Return shipping: If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no charge. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to start a return: Contact us at mike@onegreatcoffee.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and process your return within 1-2 business days.
Price adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks on previous purchases.
