We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
- Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit. Contact us using the email address: mike@onegreatcoffee.com to start the process.
- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional charge.
- Gift cards are not eligible under our refund policy.
- We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks on any of our products.
