  • How fresh is the coffee I am ordering?
The coffee ordered from One Great Coffee is roasted the day an order is placed! Because of this, we can not promise same-day shipping but do try our best to ship the following day. Be assured you will receive the freshest coffee available. We assure you it is NOT what is found on stores coffee shelves, weeks to months old!
  •  What happens after I place an order?
Once we receive your order, we place it with the other orders received with the same grind order as yours. Daily cut-off time is 5 P.M EST. Depending size amounts ordered for the particular grind, normally the roasting is completed the next business day. In a perfect world, your order will ship the same day roasted but FedEx cut-off times have to be met, beans to have cooled enough to package, and orders completely filled. 
  • Is your coffee the cheapest available on online?
No, but we are competitive! Our coffee is fresh and is of gourmet quality, delivered to you fast as humanly possible. The rewards program was started to give back to loyal customers who enjoy a great cup of coffee and to offer competitive pricing.
  • How many calories do your flavored coffees contain?
5 calories per 8 oz serving

Less than 1 gram per 8 oz serving
  • How safe is it to order online?

We provide you with secure servers such as e-Trust and Safe to Shop certificates to make certain that you have a safe shopping experience; rest assured because your information will always remain confidential.


  • Do you offer any shipping deals?

Yes. We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping on orders below $39.99; Your order is shipped for free on orders $40.00 and above.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

Depending on your shipping address, it can take anywhere from  4 to 7 business days before you get your order. We use FedEx for all deliveries

  • How can I track my order?
 We provide tracking numbers as well as delivery confirmation on all orders, and after your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Do you ship to other countries?

About Our Coffee

  • Is your coffee of gourmet quality?

We offer 100% high-grown Arabic varietals from locations all over the world. Each gourmet coffee is inspected and certified according to specific standards of each region to be qualified as "gourmet coffee."

  • How large are your coffee bags?

While many others sell their coffee in 12 oz or 14 oz bags, all of our coffees are offered in an 8 oz sampler size and a full 16 oz size. Please remember to look for this if you ever shop for coffee anywhere else!

We are scheduled to have one in place in the 1st quarter of 2020

Returns and Exchanges

  • What is One Great Coffee's exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 15 days of receiving the item, and ship back at least 80% of the opened product to us to receive a refund less the shipping and handling charges incurred.

*Jamaica Blue Mountain Estate or Hawaii Kona Estate coffees may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at the time of return; this is determined on a case by case basis.

  • Are shipping costs refundable?

Shipping is seen as part of the transaction and not part of the product; for this reason, shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if a product is damaged or defective, we will refund the original shipping charge and send you a new 


  • What are your payment options?

We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover (debit or credit cards). We do not accept CODs, Money Orders or Cash
