Your coffee is roasted fresh to order—never pre-roasted or sitting on shelves. Most orders roast and ship within 1-2 business days.

No. Flavor names like "Salted Caramel Bourbon" or "Irish Cream" describe taste profiles, not ingredients. No alcohol is used in any of our products.
Yes. Our single-serve options work with most K-Cup brewers, including Keurig 2.0 machines.
We offer 100% high-grown Arabica coffee sourced from premier coffee-growing regions. Each bean is hand-selected and inspected to meet the highest standards of its origin.
We offer three sizes:

Each batch is roasted fresh to order and packaged for optimal freshness.
Each 8oz serving contains 5 calories or less and 1 carb or less. Our decaf options have the same nutritional profile.
Not at this time. Our 8oz sampler size is the best way to try new flavors without committing to a larger bag.
Regular coffee: 80-120mg per 8oz cup
Decaf coffee: 2-5mg per 8oz cup

Caffeine content varies based on roast level, brew method, and coffee-to-water ratio.
We partner with suppliers who ensure fair wages, ethical treatment, and safe working conditions for coffee farmers. Many of our beans come from farms using shade-grown cultivation and eco-friendly methods. By roasting only when you order, we minimize waste and reduce environmental impact.
Our coffee works well with any brewing method:

Use filtered water at 195-205°F and a coffee-to-water ratio of 1:15 to 1:18 for best results.
Most of our flavored coffees are 99.99% allergen-free, but some flavorings may contain traces of nuts or dairy. Flavored and non-flavored coffees are processed separately, but a small chance of cross-contact remains. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.
Yes. We offer both flavored and non-flavored decaf options in multiple grind choices: Ground, Whole Bean, Espresso, and French Press.
Ordering, Shipping & Delivery
Most orders roast and ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-6 business days depending on your location.
Yes. Orders $49 or more ship free. Orders under $49 have a flat rate of $7.95.
We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover (debit and credit). Payment plans are available for higher-value orders and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Yes. You'll receive a FedEx tracking number via email once your order ships.
Depending on our roasting schedule, some Friday orders may not ship the same day. If that happens, they receive priority processing on Monday.
Your coffee is roasted fresh to order, then carefully packed and shipped for maximum freshness. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
At checkout, enter your recipient's shipping details in the "Ship To" section. Include a custom gift message (up to 210 characters) in the comments field, and we'll print it on the packing slip without pricing details.

Store coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from heat and light. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as moisture can affect taste.
Our coffee is crafted for versatility and works well with any brewing method. No matter how you brew, our high-quality beans deliver a smooth, gourmet experience.
Caffeine levels vary by product. Regular coffees are naturally high in caffeine. Decaf options provide a lower-caffeine experience without sacrificing flavor. Check each product listing for specific details.
Our Swiss Water decaf coffees are 99.9% caffeine-free, using a safe, natural decaffeination process that preserves flavor without chemicals.
