Chocolate Coffee Recipes

  1. Classic Mocha

    • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, chocolate syrup (or cocoa powder and sugar)
    • Instructions:
      1. Heat milk.
      2. Stir in chocolate.
      3. Brew espresso and combine.
      4. Top with whipped cream (optional).

    Dark Chocolate Mocha

    • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, dark chocolate chips, pinch of salt
    • Instructions:
      1. Melt chocolate chips into warm milk.
      2. Stir in salt.
      3. Brew espresso and combine.

    Mexican Mocha

    • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, chocolate syrup, cinnamon, cayenne pepper
    • Instructions:
      1. Heat milk with spices.
      2. Froth milk mixture.
      3. Combine with espresso and chocolate.

    Peppermint Mocha

    • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, chocolate syrup, peppermint extract, crushed peppermint candies
    • Instructions:
      1. Heat milk and peppermint extract.
      2. Froth milk mixture.
      3. Combine with espresso and chocolate.
      4. Top with crushed candies.

    Hazelnut Mocha

    • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, chocolate syrup, hazelnut syrup
    • Instructions:
      1. Heat milk and syrups.
      2. Froth milk mixture.
      3. Combine with espresso.

    Salted Caramel Mocha

    • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, sea salt
    • Instructions:
      1. Heat milk and syrups.
      2. Froth milk mixture.
      3. Combine with espresso.
      4. Top with caramel drizzle and salt.

    Chocolate Orange Mocha

    • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, chocolate syrup, orange zest
    • Instructions:
      1. Heat milk and zest.
      2. Steep for several minutes.
      3. Strain and froth.
      4. Combine with espresso and chocolate.

    Mocha with a Twist

    • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, chocolate syrup, ground cardamom
    • Instructions:
      1. Heat milk and cardamom.
      2. Froth milk mixture.
      3. Combine with espresso and chocolate.

    Spiced Mocha

    • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, chocolate syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg
    • Instructions:
      1. Heat milk and spices.
      2. Froth milk mixture.
      3. Combine with espresso and chocolate.

    Chocolate Chip Coffee

    • Ingredients: Brewed coffee, chocolate chips
    • Instructions:
      1. Stir chocolate chips into hot coffee until melted.
      2. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings (optional).

    This is my continued current obsession.
    Not too dark roasted; really medium, not almost burnt…real flavor. Somewhat sweet, fruity and smooth as anything! Fair trade and organic.

    Great Taste, Very Smooth

    My favorite. You really can taste, smell and notice the Chocolate in this coffee. I get the whole bean and grind it myself. A lot of oil in this last batch so you have to clean your grinder, but add that into the coffee to be brewed.

    I tried this flavored coffee for the first time this month. I usually buy unflavored single origin coffees but was craving something with a "fall" flavor. This did not disappoint. It is unique and better than any pumpkin spiced coffees I have tried. I will order again! I recommend that you try it out :)

    This is a very good coffee. I am trying all of these Great Coffees one at a time and am very impressed with this one. It is rich and full-bodied but not bitter at all. Try it. You will be amazed.

    I was very reluctant on buying this coffee because of it's price.

    The aroma is heavenly.
