Not a connoisseur but I like it

Okay, so I did a grocery store brand name in the red tin all during my working years. When I retired I started watching YouTube and ended up with a subscription that offered different coffee beans each month, offering everything from fruity to nutty, citrus to floral, chocolates and caramels. Over the course of the next year or so I’d had the opportunity to try many coffee types to determine what I liked best. The Blue Mountain coffees are definitely my jam; bold without bitterness with a bit of nuttiness. I also place value on the idea of direct trade. I really like the Natural Organic Mexico Altura Tollan. It is medium roasted, but still very strong to create rich Lattes and Cappuccinos. It creates a very thick layer of crema when extracted. In summary, loves it.
