What Espresso Tastes Like

Expect a full body, low acidity and deep flavors of dark chocolate, caramel and toasted nuts, with a long and smooth finish. Espresso is not stronger in caffeine than regular coffee, just more concentrated, which is why the flavor is so intense. A good shot is sweet, never harsh.

How to Brew It

Grind fresh and fine, tamp evenly and pull your shot in about 25 to 30 seconds. These beans also work in a moka pot, an AeroPress or a drip machine if you do not own an espresso machine. They are the perfect base for lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos and mochas.
