This is absolutely my new obsession. Wow. I only bought ½# because I have very high standards: first to be Organically Grown and Fair Trade, and then dark, espresso-roasted coffee. But I was open to trying a medium roast. I’m so glad I did as this coffee is right up there for number 1 for me even against the dark roast coffees I keep here all the time. It has a true, clear coffee aroma and flavor, and I’m so sorry I can’t describe the tastes I might be picking up on, but I just love it and that’s all. I don’t know why. I just do.
