Created in New Orleans in 1951, bananas foster is a signature dessert like nothing else in the world. With freshly roasted coffee, this flavor is sublime.

To make bananas foster using our recipe, you will need 1/4 cup of spiced rum, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 stick of butter, 4 tbsp of heavy whipping cream, 2 bananas, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Combine everything but the bananas in a pan. Stir attentively on medium-high heat until a caramel sauce is formed. You can also substitute 1 tsp of rum concentrated flavoring if you want bananas foster without rum alcohol.
