Okay, so I did a grocery store brand name in the red tin all during my working years. I really like the Natural Organic Mexico Altura Tollan. It is medium roasted, but still very strong to create rich Lattes and Cappuccinos. It creates a very thick layer of crema when extracted. In summary, loves it.
