These Honduran Finca Santa Maria beans are grown on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of the famous Honduran National Forest Preserve Pico Pijol near the province of Yoro. This gourmet coffee is grown at the highest elevations on the property. The combination of diverse shade trees, lush rainforest conditions, and the natural irrigation from spring waters provide the optimal microclimate to grow this Pacamara coffee. One Great Coffee takes great measures to ensure our customers that our pure natural coffees are among the best available. This pure unprocessed coffee was hand-selected by a skilled group of highly trained coffee farmers, who can recognize the perfectly ripe cherries by their bright burgundy color and their sweet smell.

Choose from pure Natural Finca Santa Maria Coffee in French press grinds, drip grinds (ground), espresso grind formats, or whole. For the freshest coffee, we recommend buying these freshly roasted whole coffee beans and grinding them right before you brew. Not a connoisseur but I like it

Okay, so I did a grocery store brand name in the red tin all during my working years. When I retired I started watching YouTube and ended up with a subscription that offered different coffee beans each month, offering everything from fruity to nutty, citrus to floral, chocolates and caramels. Over the course of the next year or so I’d had the opportunity to try many coffee types to determine what I liked best. The Blue Mountain coffees are definitely my jam; bold without bitterness with a bit of nuttiness. I also place value on the idea of direct trade. I believe in the value of my own labor and product and I’m not shy of extending that to the labor and product of others.

I really like the Natural Organic Mexico Altura Tollan. It is medium roasted, but still very strong to create rich Lattes and Cappuccinos. It creates a very thick layer of crema when extracted. In summary, loves it.
