What Brazilian Coffee Tastes Like
Expect a medium to full body, low acidity and a mellow sweetness with notes of roasted peanut, milk chocolate and caramel. The finish is smooth and gentle, with very little sharpness. That is why Brazilian beans are the foundation of so many espresso blends and house coffees.
How to Brew It
A medium or medium dark roast brings out the chocolate and nut tones. Brew it in a drip machine for the family, in a French press for extra body, or as espresso for a thick, creamy shot. It also takes milk and flavored syrups very well.
