Classic Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup or sugar, vanilla extract
  • Instructions:
    1. Combine milk, pumpkin puree, spice, sweetener, and vanilla in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until hot but not boiling.
    2. Meanwhile, brew espresso.
    3. Froth milk mixture using a whisk or milk frother.
    4. Pour espresso into a mug. Top with frothed milk. Dust with extra spice if desired.

Pumpkin Spice Mocha

  • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, chocolate syrup, whipped cream (optional)
  • Instructions:
    1. Prepare milk mixture as in the PSL recipe, but add chocolate syrup to the saucepan as well.
    2. Brew espresso.
    3. Froth milk mixture.
    4. Pour espresso into a mug. Top with frothed milk and whipped cream if using.

Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate Mocha

  • Ingredients: Espresso shot, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, white chocolate syrup, whipped cream (optional)
  • Instructions:
    1. Follow the same instructions as the Pumpkin Spice Mocha, but substitute white chocolate syrup for the chocolate syrup.

Dairy-Free Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • Ingredients: Strong brewed coffee, non-dairy milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup or agave, pinch of salt
  • Instructions:
    1. Combine all ingredients except coffee in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until hot.
    2. Froth milk mixture.
    3. Pour coffee into a mug. Top with frothed milk.

Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • Ingredients: Strong brewed coffee, plant-based milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup or agave, coconut whipped cream (optional)
  • Instructions:
    1. Follow the same instructions as the Dairy-Free PSL, using plant-based milk and topping with coconut whipped cream if desired.

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Smoothie

  • Ingredients: Cooled brewed coffee, frozen banana, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, yogurt (dairy or non-dairy), milk, maple syrup or honey
  • Instructions:
    1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Slow Cooker Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • Ingredients: Milk (dairy or non-dairy), brewed coffee, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, brown sugar, vanilla extract
  • Instructions:
    1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
    2. Cook on low for a few hours or until hot.
    3. Stir well before serving.

Pumpkin Spice Steamer

  • Ingredients: Milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup or sugar
  • Instructions:
    1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until hot.
    2. Froth milk mixture if desired.

Pumpkin Spice Café Au Lait

  • Ingredients: Strong brewed coffee, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup or sugar
  • Instructions:
    1. Prepare milk mixture as in the PSL recipe.
    2. Brew coffee.
    3. Combine coffee and milk mixture in a mug. Stir to combine.

Pumpkin Spice Coffee with Whipped Cream

  • Ingredients: Brewed coffee, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup or sugar, whipped cream
  • Instructions:
    1. In a mug, combine coffee, pumpkin puree, spice, and sweetener. Stir until well combined.
    2. Top with whipped cream.
